Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
• Applicable only to non-customized, non-sale items.
• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

 Items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• With tags intact and in original packaging
• Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations

Once your exchange is approved, we will provide return shipping details.

Note: Shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

We are happy to offer refunds under the following terms:
• Refunds are accepted for non-customized and non-sale items only.
• You must request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all packaging and tags intact.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please Note: Shipping fees and any transaction charges are non-refundable.

• Kindly confirm sizing, measurements, and design details carefully before placing your order.
